Just Like Kids Agency stands out as the most reliable SEN childcare agency, thanks to our rigorous vetting process led by a qualified children’s nurse with a degree in paediatric nursing and extensive experience working with schools and SEN families. We meticulously screen each nanny to ensure they are fully prepared to support the health and well-being of your child with a personalized care plan.

Our family-centered approach means we not only check all necessary documents—including DBS, right to work, UK identification, and two professional references—but also conduct in-depth interviews to ensure each nanny meets our high standards. Each caregiver is equipped with mandatory health training, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to make a meaningful difference in your child’s life. We work closely with families to understand their needs and find the ideal caregiver, creating a nurturing environment that puts your child’s care and development first.

Initial Vetting Fee

Vetting Fee | £150 + VAT (Non - refundable fee which kickstart the process of getting your family the nanny that they deserve. This price includes a 4-8 weeks search for canditate and advert/ads publishing).

Permanent position

Parment recruitment is considered any recruitment ongoing consecutively for more than 3 months

Price = 7% of nanny's annaual wage paid instalmentally or in full to JLK Agency prior to commencing work. (This does not include vetting fee)

Temporary Package

Daily Usage | £40 daily in addition to nanny's hourly salary + VAT. (Daily useage - bookings below 12 hours).

Weekly Usage | £90 weekly service charge in addition to nanny's hourly rate + VAT. (Weeky useage - bookings mimum of 12 hours and maximum of 20 hours).

Monthly Usage | £240 monthly service charge in addittion to nanny's hourly rate + VAT. (Month usage - bookings more than 20 hours a week for less than three months consecutively).

EHCP + School Support

Package cost | £150 monthly.

This includes:

Support with care plan.
Support with EHCP.
Liaison support with schools and SENCOs.
School visit to:

identifying main areas of needs and barriers to learning

creating bespoke programs to help manage daily life

helping families and support teams understand the nature of behaviour and strategies to support this

identifying training needs for the team and linking with other professionals
