Founded by a children’s nurse and qualified school nurse, Just Like Kids is built on a deep understanding of the challenges parents face in ensuring specialized, reliable care for their children. We know first-hand the struggles of balancing out of medical appointments, therapies, and the daily demands of family life. Our mission is to provide one-to-one support by pairing your child with a compassionate, highly qualified nanny, trained by our school nurses in the management of medical illnesses, equipped to meet their specific requirements and support your family’s needs seamlessly.
Our introduction process is thoughtfully designed to match each family with the perfect caregiver. We work closely with you from start to finish, offering ongoing support in creating job descriptions, providing interview assistance, and conducting compliance checks. Additionally, we offer comprehensive support packages to guide families on school collaboration, health professional engagement, and EHCP (Education, Health, and Care Plan) support, ensuring you feel confident every step of the way.

Meet our Founder
Introducing Olivia Princewill, a true devotee of children whose affection for these young souls dates back to her earliest moments.
Olivia's unwavering passion for connecting with and influencing children has been a lifelong journey. With this passion propelling her, she pursued formal training as a certified pediatric nurse, dedicating more than five years to working closely with children. She obtained her bachelor's degree (B.Sc) in Children's nursing from the esteemed Kings College University and her Masters (M.Sc) in public health and health promotion, from the London Brunel University.
Just Like Kids stands as the embodiment of Olivia's heartfelt aspiration - a platform to channel her passion into nurturing and empowering the lives of children.
Olivia is also a qualified public health school nurse. Working for the public health service, she has various years of experience working closely with families, children, healthcare professionals, local authories and school establishments in London boroughs.
Through her career path and private support group for parents, Olivia has been able to help numerous parents and children in the United Kingdom and globally.
